Open loop, close loop, and direct exchange will qualify.
Geothermal must be the primary heat source.
Install must be completed and in operation.
Meet all state and local codes.
Geothermal unit must meet all standards of good workmanship by a qualified dealer.
A copy of the invoice for the new equipment along with a copy of the air conditioning, heating and refrigeration institute (AHRI) certificate and the heat loss/heat gain calculation must be given to the REMC.
Air to Air Electric Heat Pump Rebate

Heat pump may be connected to a gas or electric furnace.
A copy of the invoice for the new equipment along with a copy of the air conditioning, heating and refrigeration institute (AHRI) certificate and the heat loss/heat gain calculation must be given to the REMC.

Water Heater Program
As a member of Fulton County REMC, you may receive a 50-gallon electric water heater at the cost of $250.00.
To Qualify:
Build a new home or an addition to a home, or replace a gas water heater, or replace an existing electric water heater which is leaking, excluding plumbing leaks, or is otherwise not serviceable due to use, as determined by a REMC employee.
Use the home as a full time residence which is owned and occupied by the member, and served by the Fulton County REMC.
Must allow REMC to install a load management switch.
Install the water heater and schedule an appointment for inspection within 30 days of the time that you receive the water heater for warranty purposes.
